POSITION SUMMARY The incumbent will be responsible for processing the country office financial transactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
•Reviews all district payment requests and prepares relevant accounting journals.
•Reconciles and follows up on vendor and creditors advances timeously.
•Deposits and withdrawals.
•Prepares monthly bank reconciliation for local bank accounts.
•Carries out cash counts for petty cash.
•Puts together all cash-forecasts from district supervisors and provides input into Cash Call.
•Prepares relevant reconciliation reports, district financial reports and sub-ledger reports.
•Prepares Personal Activity Report (PAR) and submits to Accounts Payable Analyst.
•Induction of new district staff on finance issues.
•Asset and Inventory Management for Office
•Utilities management and Property Maintenance for Office
•Project fuel Management at Office
•Prepare Admin and Fuel Monthly Report for Office


QUALIFICATIONS:
•Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
•Minimum 2 years working experience in Finance/Accounting or related field.
•Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
•Problem identification and resolution skills.
•Written and verbal communication skills.

The Digital Workplace Manager will be responsible for providing support to all CARE staff in their use of Microsoft 365 technologies for knowing sharing and collaboration; including maximizing employee awareness, adoption, and satisfaction, as well as their use of CARE Shares, the CARE Confederation's global knowledge management system. This position will be responsive to needs and provide knowledge sharing and collaboration consultative services and implementation support at both the project and organizational levels. The Digital Workplace Manager will join the Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration Platforms Team, a small team managing CARE's confederation-wide knowledge management system.

1. Responsibilities Knowledge sharing and collaboration leadership - Lead design, development, and implementation of knowledge sharing and collaboration systems for projects, offices, and teams across CARE. Work with teams to understand their work processes to develop the appropriate information architecture, training, change management, and implementation plans for successful adoption of knowledge sharing and collaboration strategies. Knowledge sharing and collaboration platforms operationalization - Design, generate buy-in for, and implement the Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration strategy. Establish performance and maturity measures for all of CARE’s knowledge sharing and collaboration tools to ensure the portfolio is providing the greatest impact Training materials development - Reviews existing training programs for knowledge sharing and collaboration; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention. Ensures training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Master’s degree preferred in international relations, political science, international development, communications, knowledge or information management, information systems, or related subjects OR Bachelor’s degree with commensurate experience. 8+ years’ of progressive experience designing, supporting, and implementing knowledge management, information management, or document management projects for international development organizations. Experience translating business needs from users into technical solutions using SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive. Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online, including SharePoint Information Architecture. Ability to lead and thrive in ambiguity. Ability to convey proposed solutions and complex information clearly and accurately to stakeholders and non-technical users. Demonstrated ability to collaborate well with others across countries, cultures and languages and develop and maintain positive working relationships.
